City of Phoenix classes and tournaments are reserved and only through Pecos Park.  Currently no tournaments are scheduled at Pecos Park, Tempe Sports Complex, Arrowhead, Paseo Highlands or Rose Mofford.  All parks are open play and observe '4 on 4 off rotation'  when courts are full.
